Artist's Comments

My good friend Dave just moved to New York to become a model.

He's already off to a great start: [link]

Meh. I don't get a whole lot of emotion from this, just a kinda vacant stare to be honest. From what I've seen of his other shots, though, he seems to be a very adept model. :) Hope he does well in NYC!

i'm just wondering does he really have such flawless skin or do you touch it up in photoshop?

he is off to a good start

Alice without Jasper and Jasper without Alice is...wrong!
:iconoxideorange:
wondering the same - it seems just a "touch" excessive in the editing part of his skin, but if his skin is as porcelain I'd be slightly annoyed with jealousy. It's a nice capture overall maybe the lack of expression from the model was intended?

On the phenomenal plane we seek pleasure and the avoidance of pain. On the noumenal plane we know the absence of both - which is Bliss.

With your brilliant skill behind the camera and his sexy looks in front of the camera, he definately has a good chance of making it...

His skin's pretty good, but I did do some touching up: [link]

Must it all be either less or more / Either plain or grand / Is it always "or" / Is it never "and"?
:iconsethorlando:
you really know how to use that heal tool don't you!

I like this a lot. I especially like how his face looks natural. In some of your other photos of your model, Chris, his face looks a little too photoshopped, but I really appreciate the natural beauty of this. I'd like to see Chris unedited as well.

Nice job ;-)

It's my best friend! Haha, but the process/technique I use takes a lot of time and patience.
